We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if something doesn’t quite work for you then don’t you worry we will happily offer you a refund, exchange it for something else or even offer you a credit note. (Subject to our below terms and conditions)

For Indian Customers Residing in India:

  1. You have 15 days to return the product to us from the day we deliver your order.
  2. Once we have received your returned product they will go through quality check and we will then email you within 48 hours to confirm your request.
  3. Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 30 days from completion of quality check to be processed. Please note during Sale and at peak times returns can take up to 35-40 days to process.
  4. We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items. Refunds will not include postage fees.
  5. Refunds can be credited as a Store Credit; Buyers can use this store credit for single time only. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  6. For Cash on Delivery or electronic payment transactions within India, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit/ debit card as the original purchase.  The refunds will be made via NEFT Transfers to the accounts provided by the Buyer.
  7. Refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees for Indian buyers residing in India and shall be equal to the amount received while the original purchase.

For International Customers (Residing Out of India):

  1. You have 45 days to return the product to us from the day we deliver your order. Refund shall be made in US Dollars ($).
  2. Once we have received your returned product they will go through quality check and we will then email you within 48 hours to confirm your request.
  3. Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 30 days from completion of quality check to be processed. Please note during Sale and at peak times returns can take up to 35-40 days to process.
  4. We are not liable for any discrepancy of currency exchange or we are not liable of any fluctuation of rate of currency.
  5. We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items. Refunds will not include postage fees.
  6. For electronic payments done, refunds shall be made through the same source of payment gateway by which the payment was made by the Buyer.

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Elegore.com if:

  1.  The Product has been washed or the product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort.
  2.  The price tags, brand tags have been damaged or discarded by the User
  3. The serial number /bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Elegore’s records.

All returns received after the deadline date of return are subject to following refund policy:

  • 50% price deduction from the subtotal amount you paid whiles the purchase of that particular product.
  • The 50% of the value of the product shall be refunded via store credit and not via the original method of payment.
  • US $13 handling charges per item for International Buyers and Rs. 150 for Indian Buyers will be applicable
  • We shall not bear the Shipping charges of the product to be returned

**Worn or No-Tag items are not part of above rule.

Third Party Orders:

We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by Third Party. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third party without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to refuse refund or return itself on order placed by a Third Party.

** We reserve the right to refuse any return requests by customers who abuse our Return System.
